We provide certain advanced versions, features, and/or features of the Star Planet Cleaner application service for a fee ("paid subscription"). By using a paid subscription, you agree to our terms and any additional terms and conditions provided here. Paid subscriptions allow you to access certain enhanced products, services, features, and functions (such as advanced charts and analytics, ad free browsing experience). By using paid subscriptions, including free trials of paid subscriptions, you agree to pay any fees applicable to paid subscriptions or other expenses incurred (such as subscription fees).
When using a paid subscription, you must specify and provide information about your preferred payment method ("payment method"). This information must be complete and accurate, and it is your responsibility to keep it up-to-date. You expressly authorize us to collect appropriate fees from your payment method through automatic debit or ACH for paid subscriptions and any other purchases you choose to make through the service.
Unless otherwise specified, all fees payable for paid subscriptions must be paid in advance and will be automatically charged according to the payment method at the beginning of the monthly or annual paid subscription period (if applicable). Unless otherwise specified, paid subscriptions will automatically renew until you choose to cancel access to paid subscriptions. All paid subscription purchases are final and non refundable, unless we make our own decision and follow the rules governing each paid subscription.
Terminate or cancel paid subscriptions:
You can manage your subscription, unsubscribe, or turn off automatic renewal through your Apple App Store account. If you choose to unsubscribe, it will remain valid until the end of your current subscription period. Please note that uninstalling Star Planet Cleaner will not cancel your subscription. Once you cancel the paid subscription and receive confirmation, you will not be able to make any other changes to your account. The cancellation of paid subscriptions will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and for the remaining time of that billing cycle, you will have the same level of access rights for paid subscriptions. For example, if you charge monthly and cancel in a specified month, you will need to pay the entire monthly fee for that month and maintain access to the paid subscription until the end of that month.
If you have not paid the fees or charges incurred due to the use of paid subscriptions, we may make reasonable efforts to notify you and resolve the issue; However, we reserve the right to disable or terminate your access to paid subscriptions (and may do so without notice).
Cost Changes:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change the price of paid subscriptions at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting new prices on applicable paid subscriptions or through applicable paid subscriptions and/or sending you email notifications. If you do not want to pay the new price, you can cancel the applicable paid subscription before the change takes effect.
Free trial:
We sometimes offer free trials or other promotional offers for paid subscriptions (both referred to as "free trials"). The free trial allows you to access paid subscriptions for a period of time and specify detailed information when you register for the offer.
In order to register for a free trial, you may need to provide us with your preferred payment method. Once you submit payment details, your free trial will begin. We will not charge you any fees until 24 hours before the free trial period expires.
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, or unless otherwise specified, your access to paid subscriptions will automatically continue, and you will use the payment method you provide to pay the applicable fees for that paid subscription.
All fees incurred are final and non refundable, unless we make our own decision and follow the rules governing each paid subscription. When your free trial is about to end, we may send you a reminder, but we do not guarantee any such notification. If you decide not to become a paid subscription user after the free trial period, it is ultimately your responsibility to know when the free trial ends.
If you decide not to become a paid subscription user, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period. Depending on the applicable paid subscription, you may lose access after cancellation or after the end of the free trial period. Once you cancel the free trial and receive confirmation, you will not be able to resume the free trial period, even if it is not used throughout the entire promotional period.
Changes to subscription content
The paid subscription features and content may change at any time, and we cannot guarantee that any specific features or content will be available throughout the entire free trial period. Unless we notify you otherwise, the effective rate for registering for a free trial will be the same as at the end of the free trial. We reserve the right to modify or terminate any free trial offers, your access rights to paid subscriptions during the free trial period, or any of these terms at our discretion without prior notice and without any responsibility. You are not allowed to register for multiple free trials with a given paid subscription at the same time, and we reserve the right to restrict your use of multiple free trials.
Terminate subscription
You can terminate your membership at any time, in which case your membership remains valid for the subscription time you have paid. Our automatic renewal of subscription purchases within the app can only be cancelled using the App Store cancellation service. The subscription fee can be found in the Star Planet Cleaner. We reserve the right to change the subscription fee from time to time.
