Subscription fees

The subscription fee will be deducted at once when the user subscribes. After the subscription period ends, the subscription fee will be automatically renewed.
Before you choose to cancel automatic renewal, the instructions you have entrusted Canva with automatic renewal deduction will continue to be valid. Once the deduction is successful, Canva cannot refund and will activate the service for the next subscription period for you
